A Panel of Licensed Therapists and Counselors Will Answer Questions on Maintaining Your Mental Health
South Lake Tahoe, CA & Douglas County, NV – Each Wednesday at 1:00 PM, Tahoe Youth & Family Services licensed clinical social workers and licensed, and certified drug and alcohol counselors provide a Facebook Live broadcast.! Tools and tips are provided to help you and your family during these difficult and challenging times.
The panel take questions both before the event and during the broadcast each Wednesday about maintaining your mental health during the coronavirus outbreak. Are you feeling stressed, scared, and are you struggling to maintain yourself so you can take care of your family and yourself? If you answered yes to any part of this question, please know, you are not alone. This crisis is causing mental havoc for many. Staying healthy and positive has never been more challenging and difficult, but it’s now more critical than ever.
Tahoe Youth & Family Services’ panel has 38 years of experience and will give you the tools you need to cope and survive. Our first panel discussions will focus on the coronavirus and its impacts on you and your family. Future chats will include topics such as relationships, family, motivation, work-life balance, well-being, and more.
