Supportive Services Case Manager
- At least two years’ experience working with young adults in a community setting or possessing additional related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with difficult-to-reach service populations, especially homeless/disenfranchised youth and young adults, in a multi-disciplinary human service setting.
- Experience in planning and conducting individual and group activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with social agencies, schools, and non-traditional educational programs.
- Must have a reliable car and a valid, clean driver’s record.
- Must be able to work some evenings.
- Must be available to be on an emergency on-call basis.
