our mission: To promote the healthy development of children, families, and individuals through counseling, mentoring and support programs.

MENTORING PROGRAM

Our community-based Mentoring Program is available for youth aged 4-17 in  Alpine County and Douglas County. Youth are matched one-to-one with a caring adult mentor who is trained and fully screened through a comprehensive background check. The goal of the program is to unleash the innate greatness and unlimited potential for youth.  Mentoring provides children and their families with connections to community resources, helps them build resiliency and supports them in successful peer, adult and family relationships. In addition, the program offers positive youth development, opportunities for expression, structure, and guidance. Enrichment activities are available throughout the year for mentors and mentees, including: skiing and snowboarding, beach days, movie nights, bowling, and much more.

We are currently accepting applications for both adult mentors and for youth  who would like a mentor. Both applications can be found on our on the links below. We invite you to come and be a part of something wonderful! We are available and eager to talk to you and answer any questions.
