Wraparound Program Bilingual Parent Partner

Have you and your child been involved in a system of care including, but not limited to, Probation, Mental Health or CPS? If so, you may have the experience needed to support a family in need.
Wraparound is a strength -based family focused support service that has been designed to deliver intense social support for families that are at risk of being separated.
The role of Parent Partner is to establish positive and helpful relationships with parents/caregivers who are involved in a system of care. Parent Partners focus on each family's individual strengths and needs in order to locate appropriate resources and help the family integrate back into the community.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual
- Able to work successfully in a team environment and individually
- A self-starter and one who can motivate others
- Able to work a flexible time schedule and a schedule that varies week to week.
- Must have been involved in a system of care including, but not limited to, Probation, Mental Health or CPS.
Position: Part-time Salary: $10/hour

Wrap Worker

The WRAP Worker is responsible for providing guidance, services, and support to children and their families/caregivers in a variety of environments. This position works independently in the family's home and a variety of community and/or treatment settings. This position works directly with children and adults.
This position is a full-time non-exempt position which includes medical, dental and vision benefits. This position includes on-call time for families involved in the Wraparound program.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- At least two years of college is preferred.
- At least two years experience in a related field is preferred.
- Special consideration will be given to persons with knowledge of community-based organizations.
Special consideration will be given to persons who speak and understand Spanish
